Angelina This would be good, I never thought your father trusts you so much. My father would never allow this, because a big difference to being free for a sports class is that you are alone in your car an the time you need differs a bit because of the traffic. This would give you time for playing.
well i don't think i would try anything in the car, besides i am still wearing the belt (and the bra but it is irrelevant for this situation)

You may try to learn a few new words everyday,to have some vocabulary,then learn more difficult parts,like grammar...But it would take time.And french is not the easier language to learn.
Angelina maybe he would use a similar system like your dad uses with your sister when she has physical education, so that i have to open and close the tighbands myself so i can drive

This could work. He could open your tightbands before you start to university, you an record your drive until you bring the chain back in place. Then you can follow the day. Before you drive back home you can start recording again before you open the envelope, then you can remove the chain and put the key in a new envelope, drive back home while recording and put the chain back in place before you stop recording you give the envelope back to your father.

we can learn a little bit together, I learn french and you learn german 
but this is a bit difficult here, because then many people here would not understand us anymore

then I'd have to leave the camera on and drive home
It's not easy but it's the only solution my father would accept

As I said,not pleasant(and a bit boring)to do it everyday,but at least,there would be a possibility,even if you can't drive safely with thigh bands on.
