Yes, but it would be worse if fuel where cheaper.

The price for the fuel without tax is 20% of the total cost or something like that. So the costs for the whole process including import is not that important for the price.

of course, but it would be cheaper without import costs. i don't calculate with the total amount but within the 20% 😉

Maybe it's different in the us. But in Germany 80% is tax, so the price of the oil is the smallest part of it.

Presently,I'm working from home,yes.

Otherwise I use public transport and some walk.

Angelina I hope so for your sake, a car is very important and also many employers like to see that applicants have a driving licence and a car 😉

There is a lot of taxes on fuel in France too.

That's right. Even though road vehicles are the smallest problem that does support climate change. Installing cats in cargo ships would help much more. Because they're powered by diesel and don't have any.

I don't know if it is spread much in France,but I think it is more common now;much more than totally electric cars.

Renita Actually French people has been trained to think that manual car are less expensive and more efficient than automatic ones because French manufacturers weren't good with this kind of transmission.

this is not quite correct, for many Germans automatic cars are a luxury good, mostly automatic cars are too expensive for many

but i will definitely drive an automatic car because with tighbands it is much easier 🙂

I think you shouldn't drive with tightbands, it's way to dangerous. I would not do that.

Maybe enough to know if it is ok with thigh bands.

Angelina that's the main reason why i'm not taking over yet, i think in about 6 to 7 months i will enroll in the driving school, then i should have my driver's license for my 18th birthday 😉

What won't be useful if you can't drive well and safely with thighbands;so you should have a try first.

Why not to try on a path like there is often near fields?It is not perfect,only dirt roads,no bitumen,no true roads,but long and desert enough to try to drive a bit with thigh bands on...

Private roads don't really exist in Germany. I don't know anyone with own ground that would be big enough.
