I think there is risks for men, at the evidence. Penis becomes unable to erect. Perhaps even it diminishes in length. Well, I learned spanish some years ago. And also got into touch with the mentality a bit. And if I'm not horribly wrong, then spanish girls prefer men who are Alpha-males and strong carismatic men with a lot of self-confidence, who maybe are a bit of show-offs eventually ... at least that's how it appears to me. Sure, that sort of men are not the sort of guys who might consider wearing a chastity belt.
