Do you have to think that @Angelina and @Sara2001 are strange cases, since bands are designed for being only weared when we need more protection, not as 24/7 complement. Even you training was a bit harsh in my opinion since you were not very happy about it.

Yes,especially as I knew I would be free again after my punishment...It helped,even if I already hated to be punished this way,and was very frustrated during it.

Angelina now if he/she ends the relationship it is bad, but much worse is that he/she could spread the word and we would have problems 🙁

Sure.I was lucky it never happened to me(as far as I know;I think some exs could have discussed it with their friends after we break-up,but it never spread,it seems).But I don't like there is several people knowing I had to wear it,even if none of them know I've to wear it permanently now.

I don't think that Angelinas and Sara2001s cases are strange, I think that it is over the top to have to wear all that close to permanent and I am sure that I couldn't handle that half as good as they can.

The training was harsh and there were several tough moments where my strength came to its limits. But now I as well feel proud that I handled it and I feel bigger inside somehow.

I think that just the belt is secure enough, but with the bands in place even trying to cheat the belt is no fun.
