i think it's a question of definition. many would also consider my (in my eyes) neutral clothes as conservative, but some also as sexy ones

Yes,every people can think a cloth is sexy,neutral or conservative,depending on their own opinion.Personally,the ones I consider as sexy are rarely able to hide my chastity belt.And same when wearing a chastity bra,I must avoid some clothes I consider as sexy...
