She would come to the alter as an intact virgin and would have her sexual awakening in her bridal bed.
I understand that this in politically incorrect and not the way you feel,
but having experienced the alternative, I recommend this as the best possible path.

Everyone of use is different.
It may be easier for a girl to accept wearing a chastity belt if she starts at her first menstruation. Then it becomes part of growing up.
Equally important, as you point out, from this time on, a girl can bear children. That alone is sufficient reason.
Yes, for some girls may still be kids, but kids that can get pregnant. Best to be prudent.
