Similar for me(except the t-shirt),but mainly because I'm not allowed to sleep or sunbath "naked".Otherwise,I probably do so.

Not necessarily,but if noticed I would get a severe punishment,some days in thigh bands and chastity bra,and a stricter dress code for some time...Not a pleasant punishment at all!I don't think it's worth it.
aslan_asena It's completely different from wearing it only occasionally. The loss of the access to the key makes me much more focussed on my belt. Sometimes, I find it very annoying. And at night, I miss pleasuring myself.
