I don’t think either are tourture devices.

I have not tried thigh bands for more then a few min, but I have tried heels, a lot. If you buy decent ones and not junk they are not bad once you get used to them. I wear at least 4 inch heels daily.

I like high heels(but am not allowed to wear these often...),but thigh bands are awful.

In my case,at first,thigh bands were used as a punishment.Since I've finished my studies,and may have to stay alone at home for long duration(when not working or working from home),it is used as a way to make me less able to fight my belt,too,if alone at home long enough,and if I haven't planned to go out.

This is a shoes topic, (more heel, less heel, I like sport shoes, flat shoes...) , with the months I noticed that fetishism of some people about pain, punishment and that kind of things is huge, but, please, do not use this topic.
