Sin I agree with you that a dress code at school is appropriate, we have them in Australia too. But we wear sports bras because we're doing sport, not to shield our body from ogling teachers, and certainly not to protect the teachers from slutty little girls.
It's very easy. no teacher has the right to do anything sexual with students, that's completely out of the question, but a girl doesn't have to provoke it either because she's hoping for good grades or finds the teacher hot
