I think it depends from woman to woman and from surgery to surgery. Sometimes it can maybe increase the feelings, but sometimes it can reduce the feeling.

You have to add a kind of hinge that you can close it around the bobs. Because of that reason it is important to measure and design it careful not to pinch the bobs when you close it.

This is a question of the technology used and the design. You can design it that it is not visible and the bra is not much larger. Anyway the boobs are enormous big it doesn't mater if the bra will increase the size.
