it does make a difference, i am also lucky enough to have air conditioning in my room. we had 35 degrees this week and that's pretty intense, unfortunately i can't use the air conditioning at night because it's too loud.

i sleep on my side (i have done this before). I put a pillow under my breast on which I then "support" my breast, so it's usually not a problem. it was difficult at first, but I got used to it.

I mean, you have the "cups" (not sure of the name ?) on the front and some "metal chains" holding the bra on your back (like a regular bra) if I understood well
So either you sleep on the back or on the front, it must hurt you or at least be VERY uncomfortable, more than the CB, doesnt'it?

I can sleep on my front because of the chastity bra, it becomes very uncomfortable after a while, other sleeping positions are possible, but I normally wake up a few times every night, but never for long. I think I got kind of used to it.

Yes, but never for very long. The same is the case for the tightbands.

Well, even if she does, a night in which you wake up a few times is not a "repairing" night, and can cause stress / fatigue / irritation / anxiousness for the next day. A good sleep is the base for a good day 😀
