Tobbe press tools could probably be made to form a true breast shape in a chastity bra but they can cost thousands to make, especially if the piece needs pressing in several stages with annealing between draws. You also probably need several tools to fit different size breasts. Tollyboy never made bras because I didn't like the look of soup ladles and couldn't justify the cost to do it properly.
