The extra personal care, having to pay attention to the clothes, constantly having to hide everything and the other restrictions in everyday life are enormous. Then thigh bands on and off again like with Angelina, special regulations on vacation, etc. There is a lot. Those who do that have surely got used to it and don't complain anymore.
