i think angelina situation is incredible. the intimate moments between a couple should be a magic moment between the two of them. For angelina in the room there are 3 people instead of 2. the 3rd one is the father, present in angelina mind: <<yes,... i feel a bit of pleasure... oh my... and what if my father will discover it!>>. Some times, it depends on posture I have a little pain in my waist when I sleep. To avoid it, I rest more "weight" in my shoulders.
