And touch them for cleaning. Yesterday I learned that my father will reduce it. The next step will be any second day. He will reduce it to the point where it is still good from a hygienic point of view.

The chastity bra is a kind of punishment for my sister for her acting. Because of that my father doesn't see the need to make anything easy or comfortable for her. My mother acts like my father expects it from her so he doesn't want to make anything harder for her. Her rules are strict enough

I do the same,but as I've not to wear thigh bands permanently,I use classical underwear.And more supervised showers.
