Vanessa Especially as even failing one time,and opening the boxes,would means a lot of troubles.That's why I know,that,if I'm way too close to fail,I would ask my parents to keep the boxes away from me,even if I would not like to not have an easy possibility to get the keys,in case of need.
i understand that, even though it's kind of strange, you really want the keys, but if your demand gets too strong, you would ask your parents to take the keys out of your reach. i understand what you mean, but it sounds kind of paradoxical.
