I think a decorative lock is a lock that opens with multiple keys. The tumblers need to be pressed some but not to specific heights. All of you are joking but I am aware of such locks out in the world. Vanessa has a lock where when it is open the portion where the buckle of the padlock is completely covered. But other locks may have a screw there which you can unscrew and remove all of the small lock pieces. This is what is looked for not little spy gadgets for breaking into a secret building.
