Laura It is very hard to find a 1000$ job in Russia. Programmers in my region can go to job with this salary after 3 years of programming,no one need a newbie. In non-IT spheres find this job even harder. Especially if you don't have relatives in this spheres.
All I said works in my south regions. In Moscow and St.Petesburg it is easy to find this 1000$ job,but the real estate two to four times more expensive. For example, flat in the center of my city
in new house costs 23000$. Same flat in Moscow on the outskirts of the city, from where to get to the center about an hour and a half, costs about 100k $. At the center this flat can costs about 190k$. Fell the difference.
