Angelina It requires that you can repair it yourself, or know someone who does it cheaply.
But if you only have it to and from work, it is cheap. Have it one year and buy a "new" for the same money and sell the old one for € 200 - 300, then the ownership will be very cheap.

usually, cars with this huge amount of kilometers (especially cheap / small cars) don't do a lot more kilometers after reaching this amount. So you will spend a lot of money in the next months for fixing it, parts after parts (except if you're lucky)
That's why I think it's better to invest a bit more, always 😀

Yes, it was a great learning experience with fixing all the problems. Starter, dynamo, damper, electric problems, etc

that's exactly what I mean. at some point the costs become too high and if I spend more on a car that will run for maybe another year than I would spend per year on a car that will run for maybe another 10 years, then I'm doing something wrong.
