i need fortunately only 6 hours sleep 😉 but if even this does not work it is very bad 🙁

luckily it hasn't had a negative effect on the school yet but i am often very tired 🙁

Do you slept badly due to your chastity devices,or due to urges you can't relieve?

no, sometimes I sleep badly because of my equipment, but the last nights rather because I think a lot about my life 🙁

but last night was better again 😉

In my case too,I sometimes have troubles to sleep well due to my chastity belt and what it prevents me to do.

I had to sleep with thigh bands too,when it was used as a punishment.

Using a cushion between the legs can help a bit(I had this advice on Misterpoll).

i have a small cushion between my legs that helps 😉 the main problem is rather when i turn to the side, then i notice the tighbands very strong 🙁

With a chain it improves huge way. With padlock, on the side position all the weight of your both legs fell over the metal band of your lower leg. I think it can be a little painful after a while, or maybe more likely, your leg can be dumb...
Right?

Yes,it can be painful,and very uncomfortable.

I use to sleep on the side,but mainly slept on the back,when I had it on
