Angelina Well, depends on how much of renovations you have someone do it or you do it yourself with some relatives or friends. Make a big difference there, of course, if you are male of female, I believe (no offence✌). In my family the male family members always do any renovation that we can possibly do... fixing the roof, building garages, fixing the pipe systems, building a costum made kitchen unit, and anything elsr you can imagine. That's a lot cheaper than if you need a contractor for anything.
When you git a crap flat, only thing I would normally do is plastering the walls new, painting then, lay a new parquet flooring and you're good to go. Of course, if you have mold in your house you need to put some anti-mold chemicals jnder the new plaster and see where it comes from ... unproof pipe / unproof plaster from the outside wall or the preowner simply didn't ventilate the bathroom after tsking a bath.
