Similar for me,I quickly stopped to try to cheat during a supervised shower.I was always caught and punished,so I knew it was not a good idea...But not always easy to not,at least,try...

It is very hard not to be stimulated in the shower. When I am released of the belt not so much, specially if I was wearing the belt for long time, but when I am free for some hours, showering after classes or after a match... well, truly I think it is impossible not be stimulated.
Wear the belt and thigh bands quickly is important, other way you can to have "bad ideas". It is better a total protection in these moments.
