Ive been using a device for several years now. (Purchased first device in 2010) I find my self performing just fine in all areas. Lol.
Even in a device the penis still gets hard despite the confinement. The prostate still works. Ejaculate and seman are still produced and expelled from the body mostly via Nocturnal emission when built up.

Foxies Is this true? I admit its not my field of specialty but looking at the research suggests that this is a misleading statement.

In this statement I refer to Birkhahn, M.D., specislist for urology, who says erections to be very imoortant for the health... I'm nrither a specialidt, but I believe him as he is a professional and I once got told by someone who said to have given up erections for chastity that he got many poblems because of that and had to undergo many painful surgeries.

Edit2: Sure, I don't know how many of them are necessary / are said to be necessary, but most people who are locked that I read about in forums get a monthly release... so I think every few weeks / every month would be good ...

Foxies I still suffer frustrations however. Several of us do the same,distracting ourself by studying/working,or with leisures.

Alex I just concentrate on either improving myself by working and studying, or degrading by playing videogames and consuming sorts of media content. Either way is still better than wasting time on porn and jerking off daily like I used to before being introduced to chastity, so I never complained to my partner about it.

Angelina I actually do, for example recently during lockdowns chatting with 'gaming' bros over discord became my daily routine and the best possible way to discuss anything and socialize without going out somewhere you can get infected.
Also getting rid of masturbation habit motivates to actually find a partner, not just jerk off to get rid of the need and stay alone.
