DannyBoy my keyholder is my wife, but I’m largely of the same opinion as Ines. There’s no halfway on chastity, especially if you embrace it as a virtue. Allowing “some” masturbation feels to me like being “partially pregnant.” The logic doesn’t hold up. If belted, you should be supervised while unlocked to ensure you remain virtuous.
I understand not all feel this way, but it’s how I feel 🙂. My wife takes on the burden of belting me to help me escape the mountain of Catholic guilt I feel when my willpower fails and I self-touch. Her authority is what matters, not my wishes.
