it's not very pleasant but it's the only way to clean yourself thoroughly. my father supervises it and he is very careful not to leave my hands in intimate places for too long.

Chris1 Honestly, I was quite busy today so I didn't think about it much. The training also helped make sure it is not difficult.

The bathroom I use extends into the washroom, so my mom usually does washing and ironing while im in the shower. She's not paying close attention but she doesn't need to.

The first week (almost 😁) has been pretty uneventful. It does feel different to no longer have breaks.
