Generally,they take care of it by telling her several times about condoms,birthcontrol pills,and the risk of becoming pregnant before the end of her studies,STD,the image she can give of herself if she have sex too easily,etc...Instead of using a chastity belt.

No,she would not have to wear it if she doesn't agree.
But an university where she would have to live alone,in her own studio,would mean it would be easier to go partying,to drink a bit more than allowed,to spend the night with a man(or a woman),etc...If she lives in her parents house,there would probably be more control,and she would not do it so easily.
