Angelina or probability is negligible then i can remove that from the formula
As long a 0 risk don't exist,I think it should be thought about, even if there is a low probability.
In @carg example, the risk of a collision is very low, but,at the end,it could happens every 1,5 years in average.

Of course,we should not base our daily life on it.We can't avoid any risk.Even staying in bed all the day, there is a risk that a meteor fall right over your bedroom.
But it can be helpful to know what would be unnecessary risks, and we can decide if the reward is worth the risk.
For example,if you take your car to meet a friend, there would be a risk to have an accident while driving. But we can easily think the reward(spending time with a friend)is worth the risk(especially as it is a low risk probability).
On the other hand,if you would like to eat a cake, but you can't buy it and decide to try to steal it,the risk(being caught stealing)would not be worth the reward(eating the cake),even more as it is likely you would be caught stealing.
