As for as your questions regarding tattoo's and piercings. most on this forum would first want to know, why your daughter is in chastity. Is it her choice and does she posses the keys to her chastity device? Since this is a forum where chastity and chastity devices are discussed, I get the sense that the forum would be less interested in discussing parental rights over who decides on body piercings versus the issue surrounding chastity itself.
From a purely personal viewpoint, I would say that since your daughter is past the age of consent (where I live), she is old enough to decide for herself and while parental advice is usually welcome, it is her body and how she treats it is ultimately up to her.
