always extend the time by a few hours per day, if you sleep with it after a week, you have already done most of the work.

I think hips is harder than waist gotta get the shape perfect

I had some problems avoiding band will be so many vertical in the sides, but nothing so complex.

your belt didn't fit 100% right away either. my belt fit 100% right from the start, so the physical problems were rather small.

I can't tell any more i thought lower would be better but then my hip bones are wider. I had it way too loose at the start. It's ergonomic so raises a bit on the sides but the measurement is just size not shape. Getting the shape to match my bones kind of just need to wear it and see where it gets sore. I got it another notch tighter so doesn't move now but can't wear it too long still.

It was one of my fears, waist belt have the sides much more vertical, but I am pretty standard in my shape 🥺, and all my soreness is due I wear it so much tight.

I would like wear it a bit less tight, but...

Yes, I think they are still very secure about cable design if it is not very tight, I think...

Vanessa it was shape more than tightness - sore spots where the belt is against my bone. But needs to be tight against the hips to not move down - and for comfort not just security - like sitting, if it moved the band can twist and dig into the hips more. Sitting is better with it tight.

I finally did it. Very uncomfortable during the first couple of hours, but it accomplished its goal. However, after being released I took the first opportunity I could to relieve myself a few times lol. Those felt like heaven.

While wearing I tested if I could get some stimulation somehow "in case of emergency". And not even a chance with the thighbands, which are basically connected by the padlock (no chain). I only got close by stretching the skin around the belt, in order to get some indirect movement inside it. But it is surprisingly well designed, the metal cover is not directly touching the upper part (you know, the magic button haha). So even if I get to indirectly move it, it won't rub against anything...

Right now I think it's gonna be impossible for me to wear 24/7...

then take your time with the training and if it gets too much for you, tell your mother.

And maybe you shouldn't start right away with the thighbands, get used to the belt a bit first.

Exactly how I felt at first. Uncomfortable physically but I felt protected and when I got home and took it off, oh boy. Heaven indeed.

It should be only a few hours(maximum, 1 hour is better)at first,and increase it slowly...

Mainly because I have always my legs closed and I don't need to stretch them. So my mother knows if I'm spreading them it's because I'm trying to reach something between them.

Tomorrow I'll try to take a better look at it and look in the internet if I can find a similar pic and its name. I don't know much about belts, the little I can tell about it is that I wore it around the waist, not the hips (I read here there are these two types)
