the time is not fixed it is supposed to be 12 hours so 12/12 difficult to explain, it depends on when i have to get up in the morning. i won't get out of the belt until after my wedding

point 1 yes i have some, but they are not in use. it is in a contract as a punishment, but at this point i don't want to go into it further, but the punishment was my own idea for good reasons

that's not the point. i'll try to explain it with an example. if i get up at 7am, i have to get my thighbands put on at 7pm. if i get up at 9am, i have to get my thighbands put on at 9pm.

yes and no, this is one of the few points where the rules are not clearly defined. we agree on this individually. in such cases i have to catch up on the time, so if due to special circumstances i only wear the thighbands for 10 hours, i have to wear them for 14 hours at some point

But the risks if you get caught are much lower when you are an adult, so I feel that college or university is less problematic.

right the risk is even lower because most professors do not have such close contact as the teachers in the school.
