I changed it quickly for mere surviving. Shield is a problem too in this position, even if you sleep over your back, it can be an issue.

I had even some adaptation troubles sleeping on my back, but use some pillow under my backside arched so much my back, and finally I can sleep rightly on my back.

For true chastity,it should be secure,and can't win against the chastity belt when fighting it.

Yes, however, for example, when I tested the block piece for my thigh bands, it was far enough.
I deal with my back issues, at first I put a pillow under my butt, but It arched so much my back, and I had neck and back aches.
For me is worse over my side.
The pillow under the leg is a tip very useful, we wrote about it sometimes here.

definitely and this happens almost automatically after a few weeks. it's like when you have an injury on your body you will rarely lie on it at night and have pain because your subconscious mind tells you not to. when your body knows that certain positions are too uncomfortable because of the belt, your body will automatically change it.

I didn't experience this issue with my belt (of the same design), but sometimes I'll find myself sleeping with a pillow under my knees when I'm belted. I have very tight hamstrings so the pillow relaxes my lower back. This might help with pressure you're feeling there.

I think I understand why you say this Vanessa, but for me, as an entirely willing wearer, I just want to get the job done. Anything that increases the strength of my committent, the security of my chastity belt, and my chances of success is a good thing. I want to know that if I break my promise or my belt, that there will be bad feeling. Knowing this, helps to keep me on track.

I know it's a lot different for guys, but I had trouble adjusting how I sleep. Sleeping on my front is impossible, and if I'm on my side I have to have my legs the right was so that the cage isn't pushing into them. I mostly wind up sleeping on my back and only really wake up because of a wet dream. That's easiest to deal with if I'm on my back anyway because the mess just goes straight into my underpants.

I can't imagine what it would be like with a steel belt on!

I've rushed this but I'm locked. They said the deal is for whole night not just sleeping. I said I'd been trying and was ready but I thought it would just be before bed this is really long and I've never tried the bathroom. I dunno I've kind of got till they go to bed to bail don't want to wake them. Don't let they push you if you not feel you can handle it. It makes no sense to wear it too long at the beginning and you get problems or you start to hate it.

Joh Agree. Balance here between keyholders promoting and encouraging belt use and moderating it ...to allow body time to adjust. Inexperienced keyholders forget this and belt ends up staying off for longer due to sores etc.

And even if you want to be locked, you probably want to avoid getting so sore that any attempt to continue worsens the discomfort

1 hour/ day is a very, very good progression.
Go to bed, go to toilet... At starting I needed an opening after every visit to toilet..

If you have a lock-down can you drive around or is it limited to only important things like buying food?
