Jen This sounds to me like your mind is in turmoil. That is a very bad state to make decisions in, so please be careful with committing to anything.
Others have already pointed out that the goal of your parents won't have changed, and that they intend to get you in chastity permanently, and not just a number of nights until you have your driver's license. I'm not saying you should or should not accept their goal - there are more people here who have decided the benefits outweigh the downsides, and you do have a certain interest in it - I just hope it is more than a temporary curiosity that will wane quickly when you have lost your sexual freedom. And I agree with others here that it is important to define clear boundaries with your parents about what you find acceptable, in number and duration of (un)supervised breaks, when the chastity stops, the addition of thigh bands, bra etc.. Especially since you have already noticed that your mother is changing the rules as you go.
So what I'd advice is that if you feel unrest, and are uncertain, you should take a break to give yourself time for your thoughts and feelings to settle. I think it would work best to not think about any decision during that time, and just go on with life as usual, without belt, for a set period of for example 3 days. At the end of the period you can sit down and see how you feel about either option, and if that isn't clear yet make a list of pro's and con's, or prolong the period. It also happens regularly that before the time is up, you suddenly realize you know which is the choice for you, and you are suddenly convinced you know the way forward. If that comes to you without consciously thinking about the decision, you can usually trust it. And then of course you don't need to complete the period to implement that decision.

Just make sure to keep pushing back on changes to the agreement. For the sake of your education, you should be trying to keep the intervals between lessons quite regular, and I just assume you still want to have regular breaks from the belt by the time you are ready for exams.
If she wants to increase the "price" of a lesson, maybe you cannot fight that. But if you do not even try, she might be increasing it more rapidly than what you are happy with.

It is hot. Do not worry. Every girl, the first time that wears it in public is like "oh, my God, everyone is awarde of my belt"... but, nobody is aware.
Even with thigh bands, the few times I had to wear them in public, nobody is aware of them if you are used to them.

Joh I mean, it is quite obvious that her chastity regimen is only going to ramp up, that her mother wants to get to a point where Jen is wearing the belt on a regular basis and does not encounter any opportunities to have sex while the belt is off. That is why she bought the belt, that is why she is encouraging her to get used to wearing it, that is what everyone knew when Jen got into this business. And there is nothing wrong with that - I believe Jen is a reasonable person, and that means she knew when she first put on the belt that this was the path laid out for her.

So, it is a delicate balance. On the one hand, it is obvious her mother wants her to embrace a more chaste lifestyle, on the other hand, Jen is not entirely enthusiastic about the idea of giving away control over her entire sex life. The end result should be a compromise that both parties can live with. I do not know what exactly that compromise will look like, but it will probably involve Jen wearing the chastity belt every night and whenever she goes out or entertains visitors, but still getting a bit of unlocked alone time on a somewhat regular basis.

The key in ensuring a result Jen can live with is to make sure things are progressing slowly enough that Jen can still stop if it becomes too much for her, and that at least her current incentive bears fruit before that point is reached - i.e. she gets her license before she goes 24/7, and maybe a car of her own or at least regular access to the family car in exchange for spending almost every day under lock and key.

If she lets things progress too fast, she might be asked to make that concession much earlier, maybe even before her exam. And then what?

You could say that they're a key part of it: They too should be against sex, solo sex and removal...

I was under impression that badminton requires less movements than tennis.
