Belt fitting

Hi I'm writing a few thoughts on the belt fitting now that it's kind of done.

biggest one is that trying to do it alone didn't work like I spent ages and the sleeping wasn't good - and once dad helped we got it fixed so quickly
keeping fingers out isn't really possible - I've got mine tight and I think that's why I'm still needing breaks but yeah fingertips can reach if you twist around or push it down (but that hurts). But like for me it's still only a tease I need better to finish
my belt overall I think is difficult type to start. Like at the waist your all squishy 😅 so I think belt shape doesn't matter. But the hip it matters. And without the adjustable crotch there's no choice on where.
Where mine sits at the hip is a bit weird like it's half on the bottom of hip bone and above I think it's a muscle going to the leg - pressing I feel it moves when I move my leg. It still seems lower might be better - it's a fair bit higher than my widest point. But also works now so yeah.
The cable in the butt yeah you get used to it but it WILL feel crazy to start 😳. Mine is tight it really pulls in. But I think it's a good choice - it works to keep the bottom of the shield pulled in
daily breaks is good. I worry about my skin and I read people say it will adjust but like maybe I don't want a weird band of tough skin🤷‍♀️. But 2 hours for clean and dry and rest seems ok.
I think it's good overall - doesn't affect bending or moving much and better for clothes🤗

I get this too. It just seems so pointless sometimes. That's why I would have breaks for work, so that I can concentrate on what I'm supposed to instead of obsessing over my underpants.

For me it sound like you could optimise your belt as good as it is possible but it is not as good as it should.
Would another belt fit better which was measure correct and has another design?

youdontknowme indeed. I would think parties are pretty much the event where a belt is most likely to fulfill its purpose

it depends very much on the party and on the other hand there can be an increased risk of someone discovering the belt at parties (just like with drunk sex).

good that it seems to be a bit better. i'm just still wondering if the measurements were done correctly. the problems you describe can happen but are actually not normal in the amount. i didn't have a lot of these problems and if you are planning long term with the belt, you should consider if it can work with your current belt.

My experience similar to yours. But for me the process of belt fitting was truly over when my body told me that it missed the belt whenever I wasn't wearing it. When I later accepted belt mentally as well my transition to cyborg was complete! 🤖

Sin ow it's just my friend group it's safe - not a big party. fun 😁 and we all slept over. Slept lol a bit at least. They'd have all known if I was wearing it - or I'd have to be super booring🥴. Nah nice to be normal and um nice to have it off overnight.

It is depended on the society you live. In the US, if we go by @Avery's experience, it seems to be recommended. How it is in Australia and with @Jen's colleagues, she must know best.
That said. I got the impression that @Jen knows exactly what she wants and can enforce it.

I have to ask because sometimes I don't understand your posts well linguistically, but what exactly do you mean by ruin?

you seem to be quite insecure at the moment, even if i didn't understand everything, maybe you expect it to be easier to wear the belt, it's not. if you can't do it at the moment then put the belt aside for a month and start again when you feel motivated. no one is pressuring you (hopefully not even your mum). it's important that you are 100% behind it, otherwise it won't work and will lead to disappointment, so think again very carefully about what you want and whether the belt can help you with it.
