Yes, suddenly it is becoming serious, and you now have made a commitment to yourself. That is a different mindset that you'll need a while to get used to.
May I quote something back to you that yo wrote a month ago:
Jen the belt makes it easy like it's not easy - but the things I have to do are easy. So home from school and the house is empty - put it straight on - easy. But later isn't easy but doesn't matter can't fail
I don't quite agree with "It's just feeling like a huge mountain in front of me" - a mountain is hard work to climb, but like you say, what you have to do is easy. There is no hard effort involved, 'just' enduring. I'm not saying it will not be frustrating sometimes, but you don't have to worry about any moment but the current; there is no planning or preparation involved. As with many things in life, there is no use in looking forward to what you have to do over a longer period; like when you start a 4 year education: if you look at everything you have to learn, all the books you have to study, add all the hours you'll be in school, that will look like an insurmountable amount as well. But once you start taking it one course at the time, and then one lesson and one chapter at the time, you'll see that you can deal with it.
So don't worry about the amount of days you will need to wear the belt, where you might or might not be frustrated, but just stay in the moment. If you feel frustrated now, find a distraction. If you don't, just go on with life. Easy ๐
