I looked around to see if there have been other, maybe more specific threads. I'm almost sure there is, yet haven't found exactly what I was looking for. 🧐 For the time being, you might have a look at the ones below.
I'm not sure whether you had the chance to look into these already.
Just as general remark, particularly for non-regular forum users, who might be confused: With "wash bottle", I mean that squeezable bottle type often seen in laboratory environments. (See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wash_bottle ). They exist in many different types, particularly varying in size and nozzle length / width. Compare for instance: https://corp.sanplatec.co.jp/image/product/18133.jpg .
That should allow to get one that fits nicely to both equipment as well as any bags to carry them around with you.
Also depending on the shields (diameter of urine holes!), one should be able to find one that allows to bring the water wherever one wants it for cleaning purposes.
As said and supplemented by Megan, it's definitely not the only way to clean while at places w/o bidets, showers etc. albeit a very popular one.
(Did I mention that small flexible shower heads attached to a shower hose and reachable from the toilet are also great? Unfortunately most public washrooms I know are quite ill-equipped, or should I say barbaric? Yet every now and then - when the right stars align - I find one that surprises me, positively.)
Side-Note:
And ****, physically one can always lower one's standards. Not that I want to recommend it, and It has an olfactory price, ofc. Yet, biologically we are animals. As such and in our ape-like identity 🐵 humans have probably come in contact with urine from time to time for ages before history . It's not that it actually harms (except maybe indirectly if the smell has other side-effects, like being an easier targets for predators … ). It's just that we raised our cultural standards and are now used to have access to clean water on a much more frequent base. At least in the richer parts of this world. A cultural privilege that I am really happy about and still enjoy really much.
