Amira what do you wear at home or in bed? I find it most annoying that the choice of clothes for my legs is very much limited with them.

A try to cheat my belt means that I don't respect my father, that I do things without permission while I am aware of it and it counts as dishonesty, for hiding relevant information. Because it is related to my sexuality, the already very severe punishment would be notably harder. Cheating my equipment is a very, very big no, no.

Sara2001 I think if I would be allowed to participate in the discussions it could be hard to stay calm and this would only lead to more and more severe punishments. I think it would be a big risk, but of course it can be very frustrating. At least I have the right to ask the in a calm and respectful way to explain there decision to me until I understand why they think it is the best decision. This helps a lot.

We have enough wearing the belt, let the key to keyholder 😉. The decision about the level of safety is of keyholder that has to be assertive and empathetic, but wise.
Do not you feel safer the belt wearing the bands? Is it not true, that in the period in which you wear now the bands is when we try to find with more cravings a bit of stimulation?
When the wearer does not need a total protection, then, bands are only a stupid restraint.

No, it can't change their minds. Only explaining my point of view before the decision can change their mind. If I try to change a decision, I will be punished for this.

In my case,even if I don't wear thigh bands the evening or at night,usually(except if I'm punished),yes.

i have to disappoint you, the need to spread your legs never disappears, because the thighbands are always present. it gets better with time but not much. i only wore a padlock for a short time myself and other users here. i could go out with it, but the experiences are very different here and yes , they are very restrictiv

Ines have a block piece for the thigh bands that is much more restrictive than a padlock, and frankly I do not like use it at all, I hate it, in fact.

As a newbie at wearing thigh bands, I have a question for other wearers. I was put in mine just three days ago. It is for a trial of a minimum of one month, with breaks only for when we go hiking. What has surprised me is how many times each day I must have previously stretched my thighs far apart. Now I suddenly can't and it is ... well irritating; even annoying. Do other wearers find the same and if so, how do you cope? Are there things you can do to minimize the urge to stretch your legs far apart? Does the urge fade with time? Do they get easier to bare.

During the day, a chain between them has been adjusted to shorten my stride while still allowing me to negotiate stairs. Because my partner read some of the comments on this forum, she decided that at night, after we retire to the bedroom, a padlock is place between the "D" rings effectively crippling me. As a another commenter said, this is really just stupid bondage since the chain provides all the security I really need. Fortunately the padlock doesn't bother me too much since I mostly spend the night sleeping. But the padlock effectively prevents me from doing almost all normal activities including housework and going outside the house is impossible.

I stretch my body by standing on my toes, it helps a bit, but doesn't really minimize the urges. I haven't found anything to get rid of them, but you can kind of get accustomed to them.

I haven't the same experience, except walking is much more difficult and of course stairs are an issue. I agree with you, that house work is much easier with the chain in place, luckily this is almost always the case for me. Normally I have to wear the padlock from dinner to the next morning. I agree with you, that it doesn't add much security, but my father thinks it does.

I am thankful that the padlock is only for the hours of sleeping, since it would prevent me from doing anything but perhaps reading. I am disheartened to learn however that you seem to be saying I won't get used to the bands and that I won't be able to forget about them. While it is true that they do provide more protection (which is nice), I still wish I could shake this feeling that I periodically I must open my thighs. I can only imagine how hard it must be for the younger girls (such as Angelina) who are still at university or even school who are required to wear them. I am thankful I have now retired.

Well, yes, it is a nice feeling BUT not for everytime, I mean there are a lot of situations where the extra protection is not needed, if the girl is not mad, she would not try to touch herself going to have a walk with friends. And more, I agree that bands give more safety to the belt, however a chain 5-6 cm provides all the safety a padlock, with a normal belt is redundant.
I, for my FS Belt, that has a bit smaller shield, have a block piece for the thigh bands that is much more restrictive than a padlock, and frankly I do not like use it at all, I hate it, in fact.
IIt is true that I have my legs pretty strong and, maybe, a padlock can be broken.
About open thighs, yes, it is true, and you will catch yourself trying to force the bands systematically, every time you sit.
Frankly, I will talk about all this with your partner. 24/7 bands is not a good idea.

I too have tried stretching including even forcing hard against the chain that induces a little pain in my thighs. I think the pain takes my mind off the urge temporarily and gives a very brief relief but it is hardly something that is pleasant to do very often 😅 . Hopefully the "accustoming" won't take too much longer - grins. 🤣

Ines 24/7 bands is not a good idea

Are you saying bands should only be used to provide the extra protection required to guard against those times when one gets a temptation to try and gain a little stimulation for pleasure and to relieve some sexual tension? Such times are indeed more common for me since I retired and I never can predict when they may happen. Certainly 5 - 6 cm of chain prevents this (and actually adds to the delight of frustration - smiles) and I find that even a walk down our garden changes the way I feel and respond.

The padlock at night is of course unnecessary in this regard however the reason for her to impose it and for me to accept it is different from that described above. To understand the reason however may be difficult for most willing wearers here, who wear at the requests/demands of parents etc. There is a complexity to it that arises simply because I am in a very committed and loving relationship of many years duration. And it goes beyond 24/7 thigh bands and even my chastity belt. I will try to explain it if you ask, but I fear it might not make much sense to the younger girls here.

Perhaps a new thread on: "Why a willingness to wear a chastity belt" might be made - but I am new and do not know how to do this. I would be very interested to see the opinions of others here on that topic.

Foxies Yes, I wear thigh bands. Originally, it was because my husband wanted me to do so. Now, I must confess, I find that I like them precisely because they are so restrictive.

Your partner is sensible in agreeing to remove the connecting chain when you go hiking. There are some other times when a chain does not make sense. However, with those exceptions, wearing thigh bands with the connecting chain is can be made to work.

I have found that a thin leather skirt, worn as a slip, under my outer skirt or dress is sometimes helpful.

In some sense I can relate to this. It helps I am retired so there is nothing I do that they can really interfere with. But there is a strangely comforting feeling that they are there, protecting me and keeping my partner close to me. Its a bit difficult to explain though I will admit they can be a bit aggravating at times. I do seem to become less anxious about them and I love your idea of a thin leather slip.

Tobbe I advise you to avoid hiking with thigh bands now in the beginning.

Thank you for your kind thought and advice. My partner read this and has told me she will keep a very close eye on me on our Sunday hike and will remove the thigh bands at the first sign of any abrasions.

If you are new using thigh bands, you may get blisters on your thighs. Therefore, I advise you to avoid hiking with thigh bands now in the beginning.

Foxies My feelings of being restricted, confined, and loved were more intense when we went out to public events. In a strange way, it was even more intense when I went out by myself to work or having lunch with friends. Now that we do so much less due to Covid, it's different - more of a totally private matter, but the feeling of being protected remains.

Depending on the length of the connecting chain, they can be anything from maddening, to aggravating, to forgettable. I have never been able to accept the maddening length, but I have varied feeling about other lengths, depending on my mood. My husband is usually sensitive to that and chooses wisely. That's one of the many thing I so love about him.

In many respects, despite my inexperience with the thigh bands, it seems like we are on the same page. It is still early days and the connecting chain has been adjusted (with more than a little experimentation - smiles) so that I can negotiate the stairs safely. However, similar to your husband, my partner is sensitive to my moods and has specifically said that she does not want me to become unhappy (which would defeat the real purpose). For this reason she is staying very close to me, partly to make sure I don't fall and break something 😅 and has said she is willing to adjust the chain to match conditions so that I remain safe and protected. While I do not want the chain to be constantly aggravating, I don't really want it to become forgettable either. And yes, I like the look of them too! lol

It sounds like your husband has very similar concerns for you - smiles
