But my tests with block piece were very unpleasant.
In my uncles home use it as consequence when girls try to cheat.

No, we always will fight without bands, for that we use them. It is not a punishment, is to avoid something that is normal, every girl will fight her belt.

well, you can't use the bands too often either, because then your parents might think you need to wear the bands more often again. you have to try to find a healthy middle way that secures your freedoms but doesn't make your parents suspicious.

Why try to figure out a schedule etc rather than simply lock bands on at bedtime and unlock in the morning?

because you already wrote to me about this topic yesterday via discord, i have already clarified most of the questions, but i thought of one more. if you wear the bands to manage frustrations better, wouldn't it make sense to have keys to the bands so that you can unlock the bands yourself when you have overcome the frustrations?

As my mom predicted, this is my first time wearing the tight bands. The bands make a very strong impression! They restrict my movement very much!

I have a chain length of 6cm. My mom even says that this is actually quite long, it could also be shorter. This makes it much harder to move. Especially stairs.

I think I understand you much better now. The fact that I can no longer spread my legs makes it even more difficult to try to cheat on the belt.

I understand your feeling, however your length is a very reasonable one, I have 6 cm in one of my pair of bands.
Further you will use them only as punishment, most of girls here we use them on daily basis.

ok, so now you have your first experiences with the bands. yes they are very restrictive and i know the problems with the stairs. I think going to the toilet and sleeping are even worse, but as I said in another thread, you should make your own experiences. I also have a length of 6cm (when I wear bands)

Elsa According to the experiences with my sister, I also have to wear them regularly. It means when I am at home and specially at night too.

i'm not quite sure if i understand the word "also". i thought your sister only wore the bands as punishment?

from my point of view, it is unfortunately much more difficult than with the belt, simply because the bands are also annoying when you are not sexually aroused or something similar. unfortunately the bands also limit normal daily activities that have nothing to do with masturbation and sex
