Amira The biggest problem of the thigh bands besides of the chain being much, much and way way too short and the complications they cause in everyday tasks is that it is much harder to fall asleep. How do the girls who wear them all the time manage that without getting a lot tired after a couple of days?
here too i have to say that it makes a lot of difference if you have no other choice, but i can recommend trying to train the muscles even with your thighs chained together. this is only possible to a limited extent, but you should do it anyway. to sleep, as many have already recommended, put a small pillow between your knees.
Maija My sister had a bad day yesterday: it was arranged that she would arrive at our in-laws by herself from her friend's place. She and my mother had talked about what clothes to bring her (similar to me, she likes to look good on special occasions 🙂), but they had a miscommunication: mum accidentally brought her a pair of heels! As she didn't have any socks or stockings and didn't want to be barefoot, she wore the heels over the whole evening (with thighbands 😅). I'm actually really proud of her and how she handled it 😃
Otherwise she has gotten used to the bands very well 🙂.
that almost sounds a bit dangerous, heels and thighbands. but i am glad that your sister seems to be doing a bit better. 🙂
Amira but I still prefer sleeping without the bands, so I won't wear them again till Friday.
i think that's better too, yes, moving is a bit difficult, although you're supposed to be sleeping too. but i completely agree with you, actually it only helps if the body gets used to the positions and subconsciously automatically puts itself in comfortable positions.
