Well as all in life, it is common sense, and I did not try walk a long distance with bands, first because, even soft layer, they can bruise skin, specially inner thigh, I wear them high in the thigh.
I play badminton in school, and never wear my belt in any academical activity, but in summer, in the yard I have played with my sisters with my belt, and even without bands (my parents are human) the belt and sweat are not a good couple.
Same for some days the legs are more swollen.
