I don't now any specifics about sarafulton, so the following is just a general consideration:
Will make significant difference, if
- one is rather tall (let's imagine comparison between a tiny 1,40 m girl vs ca 2 m amazon) and/or
- one's definition of mid-thigh is a bit lower than others' definition.
That way the opening angle might still not be as wide as one thinks if reading 10 cm.
Or it might very well be that sarafulton indeed has more freedom than (?)necessary(?). Besides, triangle / 3-point-connections can be a step towards more style. Just ask some famous spanish families.

For real: Even if the goal was a "nominal 24/7" - always make sure you stay healthy, incl. breaks for
- hygiene, skin care
- flexing (abductor muscles etc), maintain strength and boost regular circulation,
- stretching for the muscle groups that would otherwise tend to be underutilized or shorten. etc ...
(Side-Note, to some overconcerned keyholders fearing that their protégés became "too fit": Yes, changes in flexibility and/or weight loss could (theoretically, also depending on personal anatomy) lead to (un)desired opportunities and activities. Yet still stay relaxed: You already added thighbands. With the right configuration and you doing your job, that "lower matter" is settled and you should rather think about improvements regarding above health topics.)
