The schedule is a bit more clear in France,but it depends on departments too,which can be red or green,depending on different criterias...And it is not mandatory,parents decide if it is still better to wait before sending their sons and daughters to school again.High schools and universities are still closed,however,and no idea when it would open again.
Bars and restaurants are still closed,they would decide in 1 month if they can open again.No gathering of more than 5000 people until,at least,September 2020.
