I am very limited to how I can exercise. We have a little fitness room in our house where I can do exercises that are possible while wearing tightbands.

It was about thighbands, not we are talking about a bell. I like @Abby82 's parents' idea.

ah ok, well i think both ideas are exaggerated, because fighting against the belt is completely normal and it seems your daughter (like all of us) has no success

Sometimes it's most effective punishment, but she can sneak out right after me once I go outside. I thought that thighbands might be useful for it, but most of you say you can still go outside with thighbands on.

neither do i, it's like with the sounds from the connecting chains. it's not a physical limitation, but it has a strong psychological effect 🙁

Different.Thigh bands are more limiting,bell is more humiliating.It would be a hard choice.
