I am wondering what you actually have in mind creating. Building a corset from scratch is way too complex to just do that as a hobby project, so I assume you are starting with an existing corset? And how do you know what size corset to start with, if you don't have Angelina's measurements?
If you want to make a truly integrated chastity corset that could be worn for longer periods, it will need very precise measurements (like for a belt), and again, building a belt from scratch is way too complex, so it is going to be more like a chastity flap added to a corset? (probably not allowing bathroom visits then)
Is your solution going to fit over her existing belt? I don't think it is likely her father will take that off for this experiment. But, like Gwen wrote, a corset over a belt does not work well.

If you actually are going to send something this way, you should probably not post the number and location here, since then the whole world can see it, and perhaps get there before Angelina, or even wait for her there. Perhaps you could ask the admins here to pass it on to her (email in FAQ)?
