I’ve been absent from this forum for a few months now no big reason for this just haven’t been able to post really.

So some updates are due I guess, I’ve talked with my mom about my bf and officially came out to her. She was surprised and upset but it went better than expected as I’m still in the apartment and I asked what it would take for the belt to come off and I wanted a clear answer since I won’t be marrying a woman. She said she could accept that I marry my bf and then she’d give me the keys to my belt.

So that’s the plan now I guess marry my bf and then see what I do about the belt.

if i remember correctly, i told you 100 times to talk to your mother openly, good that you did. and as you can see, it wasn't as bad as you thought. 😉

That you are still locked up until you get married is annoying, but that was already the condition beforehand.

Funguy Oh wow! I'm so happy to read you've told your mother how things are. I think it's much better to live life as the person you really are. That's great news. As to the belt... well, at least you know what the arrangement actually is now.

Funguy If I break it I’m sure my relationship with my mom will be very angry with me and might cut contact for a while or maybe stop supporting me so I don’t think it’s worth it I’ll just wait.

It's the consequences for many of us,and we generally make the same decision too.

good that it's working better now. does your mother meet your boyfriend in the meantime?

as for the belt, you should think about what will happen if you break the belt and what the consequences will be. think about it, maybe you will get married sooner than you think, then it wouldn't be worth the risk.

she should meet him, I think that is important so that she realises how much you are in love 🙂

as for the belt, hmmm.... i think it would be the right decision to wait, you wrote in another thread that your boyfriend is willing to wait too. i think it's similar to me and my girlfriend

I also want my mom to meet him, I think it would help her understand that we do love eachother and that it’s real.

that would be the best. the question is of course if you have a good relationship with your mother outside of the chastity topic, if so (like me with my father) it is probably not worth giving that up. 🙂
