        i don't disagree, i just think that not all factors are taken into account. if i get sick even though i take great care of my body, that's what happens. i could also stay healthy if i had bad physical conditions. of course, the chances are different, but i think it can never be said in general terms.

                I do 5 times per week yoga for 30 minutes and it helps me a lot.

                  frankly, i think so too. if you exercise your legs for an hour a day, you move them more than many without thighbands (or even just belts). 😉

                  I have now come into terms with what I want to do with the whole block piece situation. After some further tests, as a whole, I have concluded that it is too much for anything other than max a couple of hours.

                  However, there has been another problem bothering me and my parents, which a block piece could solve: since I have gotten used to all of my equipment so we'll, there is nothing (apart from spanking) that my parents can punish me with. From experience I know that long term that will not be good for me and my mental health, and as a result I have reached an agreement with my parents. Since my father knows very many contacts in the metal fabrication industry, he will have someone make a block piece compatible with my bands. Then, they can lock it on me should I require it (it will not be used at school)

                  This way, I can avoid it most of the time and when I cannot, it will be for a good reason

                      I do not agree with this, a chastity belt should never be used to punish.
                      And the blocking piece shouldn't be good for anything other than the bed, at most, and it's still gross.
