Tjc Tabletop We use a similar single use wire seal. There is not lock as such, just a pair of bolts with an uncommon head that have the seal wire threaded through them to prevent removal with out breaking the wire.

Angelina Tabletop or finding the keys somewhere in their bedroom where i know they hide stuff But that would be a very irresponsible handling of the keys (in my opinion).
Renita youdontknowme it takes more time to remove it because you need to gradually cut it off And it's hardened.
