because unfortunately I often get confused here again the question: are you a man in a woman's body or a woman in a man's body ?

Paul Depending on what exactly is fown there ... I mean there are cages for all sizes ... even extreamly tiny ones or extreamly big ones (ok, there are less for very big ones than for really small ones) but it exists.

Sure, I mean when she's a girl she could just use a belt thst is nade for transgirls ... they even pretend your body has always been female by the way the shiled is designed, especially if you wear slim clothes.

Many of us did it at this time,right before sleeping! 😉

Similar for me,and for several of us here.

Abby82 First they locked it on me for few hours a day, but in a week or so i had to basically wear it 24/7.

Short training,but better than no training.

I think too thigh bands are often unnecessary,the belt are generally secure enough...But we're several here who have to wear thigh bands,permanently or not.

However,I think at least some breaks for masturbating are not a problem,and would help to manage it.Or an abstinence belt.

many make it over several years, but i understand why it is so difficult for you. you have to think about two things, on the one hand you are still in the early stages and on the other hand you have masturbated very often, which makes it harder to get used to the belt
