Thanks a lot for the encouragement. I already notice that the time I spent masturbating (which, especially since the lockdown, got quite excessive) is now time I am forced to spend somewhere else, which is already improving my work and sport schedule 😄 And yes, I`d like to say I am quite serious about it - I have tried quitting in the past (anyone heard of the movement "NoFap"? especially popular on reddit and with a similar mindset to a lot of folks here), but at some point I just seem to lack the willpower - so yeah, you are right that I probably need a keyholder, since the keys are looking more tempting by the day. Sadly my cat is only strict with me when it comes to his food and petting 😂

But @Jonas and @Saintprudence need to make up their minds then 😂 But if @HHelen is as strict as they say I may prefer Angelina 😉 I tried to read a lot of discussions here over the past months, but so far it seems HHelen is pretty reasonable (at least compared to a few other parents here, as she allows masturbation at least), so I dont quite understand it yet.
Jonas The scary thing is though, Helen's way with authority is exactly the way I've come to treat myself and it does get results!!
What do you mean by that "authority"? And how do you manage to enforce it on yourself? I mean results are what I`m looking for, but it seems really tough without someone enforcing them.
