Megan Hi, there isn't anything medication wise which I have found to work with the ADHD. I have tried a few things but none of them are compatible with my body sadly. Meds only work for some people. ADD is connected with hormonal insufficiency which can lead to all the symptoms and in some people it can cause persistent fatigue.
Chastity does help with some of the issues to do with too much sex drive, low dopamine and focus, it is something which helps if it is kept in a healthy space, you have to do it for the right reasons. Just like anything else if you do it for the wrong or twisted reasons then it can become unhealthy for both ADHD and in marriage.
Why are you not a fan of male chastity? Men and women have similar challenges with sexual impulse and chastity devices have just as much ability to help men and women in this area if used in a pure way. I have seen many people with ADHD go through years of absolute torture trying to fight against masturbation and the other things that it can lead to, dealing with guilt and condemnation when they can't resist. I am not a fan of all the twisted use of belts today but that is not exclusive to men. I am also not a fan of domination of men in chastity by their wives, from my Christian perspective this is unhealthy and contrary to the Bible. But women in chastity can be dominated too, frankly there can be domination in relationships outside of chastity device use for both men and women and there often is domination.
The Bible doesn't support domination by husbands over their wives or wives over their husbands. Submission is a voluntary choice and not something which is forced on a woman in the New Testament, and chastity use for Christians should be voluntary with a keyholder supporting the original morally pure desires of both the wearer and the key holder. This can work for both men and women in Chastity, as a help not a prison.
