2) They must be appropriate for a virgin girl but otherwise, generally no.
3) I tend to use some normal panties, I don't know their category 
. I try to avoid too much fabric, since it lessens the chance of soiling them during the day (I can't change them because the thighband chain/lock)
4) Can I not wear a bra? Dream on Nowadays also there is a rule that says we must wear a "normal" bra over the metal one

I've tried some of the Skims dupes, and I like the ones that have the snap closures. That would probably work better than velcro. Unfortunately, I haven't found any with enough support that I could relinquish the bra.
WriterAlexis My information referred to the knickers and not the bra. You can put the bra on and take it off independently of the thigh straps.
1 and 3) Whether I have a belt on or not I practically always wear boxer briefs. I wear them because of my tendency to rub my thighs. The exception is sometimes on hot summer days when I'm sitting at home. That's when I'm in just my belt.
2) I can wear whatever underwear I want - my mum doesn't interfere.
4) I always wear a bra, but this is not a requirement of mum, just a practical matter - my breasts need to have support.
But I'm saying the panties would work better with snaps than with velcro.
